Filter Cleaning

By cleaning your air filters before summer and winter you can make a substantial difference to the efficiency of your air conditioner. Simply remove the filter from you unit and wash it with a cloth and warm water. Ensure the filter is well dried before returning it to the system. This is something you can do yourself or if you prefer, our technicians can come out and do this for you as part of a regular service program.

Cleaning your Air Conditioner

It is important to ensure the outside unit of your air conditioner is kept free of garden debris to ensure the air flow from the condenser is not inhibited. Give the unit a brush twice yearly at least.

Cleaning your Solar Panel

A simple hose down of your solar panels every few months will ensure maximum yield performance by keeping the panels dust free.

Regular Servicing

So long as you clean your air filters regularly we recommend annual servicing of your air conditioner to maintain the units in prime condition and avoid any untimely break downs in the middle of a hot or cold snap! In your annual service we will:

  • Wash and dust filters
  • Check your system's performance against manufacture expectations
  • Find potential problems and get them fixed free of charge under the manufactures warranty if current
  • Flush out the drainage system
  • Disinfect and treat the system with an antifungal, antibacterial treatment
  • Check correct operation in all modes
  • Check refrigerant charge.
  • Check for abnormal noises
